## What you get after every call

When your AI agent finishes a call, RingDesk sends you one email with everything you need to know - you no longer get a separate email mid-call when someone leaves a message.

Each email includes:

  • A call summary - a short, plain-English recap of what the caller wanted, written automatically.
  • Sentiment and duration - how the call felt and how long it lasted.
  • Any message left - the caller's name, number and the message, if they left one.
  • Any callback requested - who to call back and their preferred time.
  • A link to the full transcript - open the whole conversation and recording in your dashboard.

Only the sections that actually happened appear. A quick information call just shows the summary and the transcript link.

Why it arrives at the end of the call

The email is sent once the call finishes, so it can include the summary. If a caller leaves a message and hangs up, it's still captured - RingDesk recovers the message from the conversation and includes it, so nothing is missed. The message also appears on your dashboard the moment it's taken, under Needs action.

Who gets the email

The email goes to your desk's notification address plus any teammates assigned to the desk who've opted in to call emails. You can manage this per desk in your settings, and turn call emails off if you'd rather only see calls in the dashboard.

Test calls

When you run a test call from the dashboard, notification emails are clearly marked as a test so you can check everything works without confusing them with real calls.
