## Ways to get help

  • Help articles - browse or search the Help centre for step-by-step guides.
  • AI assistant - the chat bubble in the bottom-right of your dashboard (also at Support -> AI assistant) knows your setup and answers most questions instantly.
  • Talk to our team - when you want a person, raise a support ticket at Support -> Raise a ticket. Give it a subject and describe what you need. We reply by email, and you can see the whole thread and add replies under Support.

Reporting a call that did not go well

If the agent mishandled a call, the quickest way to get it looked at is to send us the call:

  • Open Conversations and find the call. The Flagged filter surfaces calls the system already thinks are worth a look, such as unusually long calls or negative sentiment.
  • Note the caller number and the time of the call, or copy the transcript.
  • Raise a support ticket at Support -> Raise a ticket, describe what went wrong, and include those details. That lets us pull the recording and transcript and help tune your agent.

The best long-term fix is usually better knowledge: clear FAQs and up-to-date details mean the agent handles similar calls itself next time. The AI assistant's Recommendations tab will often suggest exactly what to add.
