## Signing in
Go to the RingDesk sign-in page. You can sign in two ways from the same screen:
- Password - enter your email and password and select Sign in.
- Magic link - enter your email and choose Email me a link instead. We send a one-time sign-in link to your inbox; click it and you're straight in, no password needed. The link is single-use and expires shortly, so use the most recent email if you request more than one.
Magic links are handy if you've forgotten your password or would rather not type one.
Forgotten your password?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to reset it, or just sign in with a magic link instead. See the "Resetting your password" article for the full steps.
Signing out
Open the user menu in the top-right and choose Sign out. You'll be returned to the sign-in screen.
Trouble getting the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you're using the email address your account was set up with.
- Magic-link and reset emails come from a RingDesk address - add it to your contacts so they land reliably.
