## Your data controls

Go to Account -> Your data to manage data and privacy.

Export your data

Click Download my data (JSON) to get a single file containing everything we hold for your account: your venues, agent settings, call history and transcripts, messages, bookings, callers and account events. This covers your GDPR right of access and data portability.

Erase a caller's data

If a caller asks you to delete their personal information ("right to be forgotten"), enter their phone number under Erase a caller's data and confirm. RingDesk will:

  • Remove the caller's number, name and the text of their messages and transcripts across your account.
  • Delete their call recordings and voicemails.
  • Keep your call counts and analytics intact - but the calls no longer identify the caller.

This cannot be undone. You are the data controller for your callers; RingDesk processes the erasure on your instruction.

Need a full account deletion?

To close and fully delete your account, contact support and we'll handle the teardown (including billing) for you.
