## What your agent knows
Your agent answers from the knowledge you give it. The more complete this is, the more calls it handles well on its own.
FAQs
Open the desk and go to Knowledge. Add question-and-answer pairs for the things callers ask most - prices, parking, what you offer, how to book. Short, factual answers work best.
Learn from your website
Add your website as a knowledge source and RingDesk reads it to answer real questions about what you do. You can add specific pages too. See "External knowledge sources".
Keep listings or menus fresh
For pages that change often - property listings, a menu, a price list - set up a web scraper so the agent always has the latest. It re-reads the page on a schedule.
Fixing a wrong answer
If the agent got something wrong, it's almost always because the detail wasn't in its knowledge or was out of date. Add or correct the FAQ (or the source page) and it uses the new information on the next call. If you think it misused correct information, report the call - see "Getting help and reporting a call".
Let the assistant help
The dashboard account assistant's Recommendations tab often points out exactly what's missing.
