Test your agent any time
The quickest way to hear your AI agent is a test call - RingDesk rings your phone, so you get exactly what a caller would, and it never counts towards your minutes.
How to run a test call
- Open your desk and click 📞 Test call (top right).
- Choose to test your live (published) settings or your unpublished draft changes.
- Answer your phone and talk to the agent - ask questions, try your FAQs, run through a booking.
- Review the call afterwards in your Calls log.
Good to know
- It's free - test calls never use your minutes and are never billed.
- Live callers are unaffected - a test call runs alongside your normal service.
- Draft vs published - changes you make in Setup are saved as a draft until you publish. The test call's Draft option lets you trial those changes before they go live.
