Seasonal promotions

You can add promotions that the AI agent weaves into conversations when relevant. For example, a dental practice might add: "We're running a free whitening consultation in June."

Adding a promotion

  • Open your desk and go to Promotions
  • Click Add promotion
  • Give it a title and write the body copy (keep it to 1-3 sentences)
  • Optionally set a start and end date

How the agent uses it

Active promotions are injected into the agent's system prompt. The agent will mention the promotion when it's relevant to the conversation - it won't force it into every call.

Date-based activation

If you set active_from and active_until dates, the promotion is only included in calls during that window. Promotions without dates are always active.

Removing a promotion

Delete the promotion when the offer expires. The agent will stop mentioning it immediately.
